Before accessing the application, you must accept that you understand how the application works, which details:

• This application retrieves PUBLIC data from the DNIe using NFC technology.
• No authorization from the competent authority (CNP and FNMT) is required to access DNIe data, you simply need to be the document holder.
• This application is NOT an Official application, nor is there any Official application for reading the DNIe.

To proceed with the use of the Application, the User must voluntarily consult their identity document via NFC, and all personal data stored in said document will be obtained. This data will NOT be incorporated into any automated media, and the collection, storage, modification, structuring, and, where appropriate, deletion of the data obtained by Users are SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY their responsibility. It is a tool for consulting personal data physically stored on the identity card that uses the SDK freely provided by the National Police Corps (CNP) and the National Mint and Stamp Factory (FNMT) as a support. The developer of this software does not collect, process, or store any data. The user's interaction through the application is solely direct with the source (DNIe Electronic Document that the user must physically possess before being able to make the query). There are no queries made to external data sources, and no personal data is stored outside of the device; the user is solely responsible for safeguarding the device. The application includes an option to "delete" the stored data on the phone for added user security. Simply deleting the application erases all stored data from the device.

This is a personal use application that has been developed from freely distributed modules (SDK) from FNMT provided by CNP. Furthermore, the software uses storage capability within the user's own device. In no case will developers have access to the indicated, obtained, or stored data by users on their devices under any circumstances. Developers are not responsible for any accidental loss or deletion of user-obtained data. Nor are they responsible for the perfect functioning of all application functions at all times and on any device since the application is continuously under development.

The personal data provided by the User resides solely on the User's mobile device and is treated SOLELY to display it on screen and stored locally on the phone.

The source of information accessed is from the physical DNIe owned by the user.

At no time does it access any governmental service or cross-reference or query any data through an external source, nor are any obtained data stored outside of the phone.

This application is NOT an Official CNP or FNMT application and does not represent any governmental entity; nor does it simulate or impersonate any governmental entity with the intention to deceive users.
